Folder Guard 8.2 released

Friday, September 25th, 2009

We’ve just released a new version 8.2 of Folder Guard for Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000.

In this version we’ve corrected a problem that prevented the password prompts for the locked folders to appear after double-clicking on them in Windows 7. We’ve also made several other improvements to make Folder Guard fully compatible with Windows 7. For the system administrators: we are now offering the Administrator’s kit, to replace the previous Import/Export Working Set commands. The Administrator’s Kit should make deploying and managing Folder Guard on many computers much easier.
